This Position reports to: Internal Projects Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance the software components in the assigned Software Engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you provide accurate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating good proficiency in software engineering in their own area of competence.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business in Bangalore, India.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our team in Bangalore.



The ideal candidate will have robust experience in developing software using C#, .NET, and SQL, with a keen eye for UI/UX design and development. Experience as an IT Solution Architect is a plus. We are also seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about exploring low-code/no-code and AI application development in the future.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Design, develop and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, and SQL, including intuitive and responsive user interfaces, with a focus on user experience (UI/UX).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to analyse backlog and deliver solutions. Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories and document them.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide input on best practices.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, especially in the field of low-code/no-code and AI application development.
- Explore opportunities for AI integration in future product development.

Qualifications for the role :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5-8 years of experience in software development using C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Proficiency in database design and optimization.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and accessibility standards. Proficiency in UI/UX design principles including wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design and experience in implementing user-centric designs.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks and design tools like Figma.
- Fluent in English. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.




- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest or experience in AI technologies and applications. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps.
