Ltd**, a prominent water park located in Pune, is seeking an experienced Offline Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead traditional marketing strategies and initiatives.

This role will focus on creating and implementing offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract visitors, and drive attendance to the water park.
- **Traditional Advertising Campaigns**:
- Develop and execute offline advertising campaigns, including print media, radio, television, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling and visually appealing advertisements.
- **Partnerships and Sponsorships**:
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses,



community organizations, and event organizers to enhance the water park's presence.
- Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements to maximize brand exposure.
- **Event Marketing**:
- Plan and coordinate offline events to promote the water park, including promotional launches, community events, and sponsorships.
- Oversee the logistics and execution of marketing events.
- **Collateral Development**:
- Create and manage the production of offline marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing materials.
- **Media Buying and Planning**:
- Conduct research on media outlets and demographics to plan effective media buying strategies.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space in newspapers, magazines, and other relevant publications.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Budget Management**:




- Develop and manage budgets for offline marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum reach.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to align offline marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
