Handling Incoming & Outgoing Calls
Inward & Outward Courier
Details of Material / Catalogues/Samples sent to the client
Maintaining sheet of sales client visiting cards
Maintaining details of samples sent and received from the UK
Maintaining stock detail at Mumbai Warehouse
Travel Booking (Train and Bus Tickets)
Digital Material Details
Maintaining Manual Attendance Register
Vendor Management - AC / Computers / Rediff / Internet / Local Logistics
Coordination - EPBX, New Sim Card
Coordinate with Sales for Material/Sample Delivery
Maintain Soft & Hard Files of the required details - Sample/Material/Catalogue.
Order Office stationery and supplies when required
Asset Management




Invoice Checking - Courier (Check Rates, Weight).
Muraspec Website - Checking for current designs, coordinate with the team and order for the same
Any other situational office-related task
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
