Job description

We are looking for a UK Customer Service Representative and team member who has the ability to carry out multitasking work on the UK based property management Process. He/She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as the London team working at the client's place in London. The candidate needs to be highly organized and should be capable of managing priority tasks within the

workload.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Dealing with property Residential Property Compliance inquiries via call/emails/WhatsApp.
- Update appointment sheet ... to ascertain that the property manager has completed the sheet and video for the visit.
- Work on the CRM
- Need to support the team who is in London.




- Work with a UK-based client (Property Management) lettings and commercial department along with the team in India
- Liaise with landlords/tenants/ UK Council officers and tenants on daily basis
- He/she may work as buffer staff on the project for the first few months to train him/her for 360-degree processes across the project and then will be placed on the vacancy on the project. He/She should be ready to work dynamically.
- Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints of Landlords and Tenants related
- to Maintenance Issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, local authorities, etc.
- Must be Fluent in English.
- The candidate with 1 or 2 years of experience working in a team dealing with the
- international process is preferred however freshers with dynamic talent with excellent
- communication skills are welcomed as well.

Job Type: Full time

Job Timings : Afternoon 1.00 pm To 10.30 pm

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Language: Fluent English (Mandatory)

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:





Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)

Total work Experience : 6 months (Required)

Customer service: 6 months (Preferred)

Relevant experience is preferred, particularly with a background in working with BPO companies and calling international clients.
