Your Impact:

As Quality Management Specialist, you will champion the implementation and continual advancement of our QMS as per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2016. You’ll drive process improvement, facilitate audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products renowned for performance and sustainability.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Industrial preferred)
- Minimum 7 years’ hands-on QMS experience in automotive/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
- Certified Internal Auditor (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and audit skills

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead QMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement
- Act as Management Representative for all audits
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Conduct and coordinate audits (internal, supplier, process)




- Spearhead risk management and continual improvement
- Collaborate with Production, R&D;, Supply Chain & Customer Service teams
- Train and mentor employees on quality standards and tools
- Support management in achieving quality objectives and customer satisfaction
