Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement passenger support services.
Develop and maintain expertise in passenger support service domains, including operations and customer service.
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
Robust understanding of passenger support service principles and practices.
Experience working in the IT Service & Consulting industry, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
