Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs on oncology prior authorization processes , payer requirements, and compliance standards.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for current hires and refresher training for existing staff.
- Assess skill gaps within the team and design tailored training modules to address them.
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, case studies, and knowledge assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and audits.
- Stay updated on oncology treatment protocols, payer policies, and prior authorization trends to ensure training relevance.
- Collaborate with team leads, managers,
and quality teams to align training objectives with business needs.
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for oncology prior authorization queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in Prior Authorization , with a strong focus on oncology cases .
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops within healthcare/RCM operations.
- In-depth knowledge of oncology drugs, regimens, payer guidelines, and authorization workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to design engaging training modules.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with healthcare/RCM software systems.
