Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue for Modutec Panels in targeted markets (infrastructure, data centers, industrial, and utilities).
- Build strong relationships with electrical consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers to influence tender approvals and project specifications.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations,



and solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure product solutions meet customer and project requirements.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer demands to position Modutec Panels strategically.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sales support in collaboration with the service team. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records to support business growth objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 years in sales of electrical panels, switchgear, or related electrical infrastructure products.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LV/MV panels, switchboards (IEC 61439), and power distribution systems.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record in B2B technical sales and tender-based selling.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office,



and technical drawing interpretation.
