Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Partnerships And Alliances Manager, located in Noida.



The Partnerships And Alliances Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing new partnership opportunities, managing and nurturing existing alliances, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating partnership agreements, developing joint marketing plans, and ensuring successful execution of partnership activities. The role involves frequent collaboration with stakeholders to drive mutual growth and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

- Experience in identifying and establishing partnership opportunities
- Skills in managing and nurturing partner relationships
- Proficiency in negotiating partnership agreements
- Ability to develop and implement joint marketing plans
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities




- Experience in the FinTech or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
