Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support our real estate development projects. The candidate will assist in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and coordination of construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.




- Work with senior engineers and site managers to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Support in quantity take-offs, material estimation, and procurement processes.
- Maintain daily site logs, work reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in project planning meetings and site inspections.
- Assist in resolving technical issues that may arise on site.
- Report progress and issues to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
