Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a solid understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements




- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL
- Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
- Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
- Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
- Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
- Understanding of HR processes and policies
- Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
