Responsibilities - You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers,



helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- • Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth and innovation.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom digital solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Mentor and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project economics

Mandatory Skill sets:





- · Experience in implementing digital solutions and technologies to improve business processes.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (IOT, AI/ ML, Cyber, Cloud, etc) and their applications in the utility sector.
- Proven track record of successfully driving market growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Market Entry

Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the utilities, energy, or related sector,



with a focus on implementing digital solution, business development and client management.

Education Qualification: Engineering graduate + MBA

Base Location- NCR/ Lucknow (Open to travel to any location)

Note- It's a client consulting role which would require you to travel to PAN India locations as per project requirement.
