Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Drupal Project Manager to lead and manage web development projects built on the Drupal CMS platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Drupal development processes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for Drupal-based web development projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope,



goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies or other relevant frameworks.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Manage client communications, expectations, and feedback loops.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Coordinate deployment and post-launch support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web development.
- 2+ years of experience managing Drupal projects.
- Solid understanding of Drupal architecture, modules, and theming.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.




- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization in Drupal.
