Senior HR Manager (HR Generalist, Payroll & Administration)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HR professional to lead our HR and Admin functions end-to-end. You will manage payroll, statutory compliance,
talent acquisition, employee engagement, L&D;, and office administration while mentoring a junior HR executive.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Build and implement HR policies, processes, and MIS dashboards.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior HR staff.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Act as a key interface with stakeholders and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–7 years of HR experience as a generalist with payroll & statutory compliance knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, Shops & Establishments, POSH).
- Experience in setting up HR processes, policies, and HRMS/payroll platforms.
- Hands-on experience in office admin/facilities management.
- Excellent communication skills; skilled demeanor and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
