Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales & Business Leader to spearhead Sales, Partnerships, Distribution, and Key Account Management for our merchant affordability business. You will own the InstaCred 360 direct sales, monetization, and licensing partnerships while building scalable GTM strategies and revenue growth across enterprise merchants and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map markets, segment opportunities, and execute sales/GTM strategies with clear business plans and revenue targets.
- Stay close to the market to identify opportunities, gaps, and recent product/solution possibilities in Embedded Universal Affordability.
- Drive direct sales, adoption, and monetization across key enterprise accounts.
- Build and lead a high-performance, metrics-driven sales team, ensuring cadence, reporting, and accountability.
- Own and exceed aggressive sales and revenue goals with predictable execution.
- Identify, negotiate, and close distribution/licensing partnerships.
- Develop strong C-level and senior relationships with accounts and partners.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and customer success to deliver GTM success.
