Role Summary
Support client servicing managers in delivering corporate events and gradually take ownership of smaller mandates. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow into senior servicing roles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain trackers, meeting notes, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in preparing client decks, proposals, budgets, and reports.
- Handle logistics: travel, crew scheduling, vendor confirmations.
- Be on-site during events — manage checklists, backstage, and guest experience.
- Liaise with design & creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Take charge of smaller projects under supervision.
KPIs
- Accuracy & timeliness of reports/trackers.
- Reduction in escalations and last-minute misses.
- Client feedback on responsiveness.
- Smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years in client servicing/event management.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and PM tools.
- Resilient in high-pressure event environments.
- Eager to learn and grow into independent account ownership.
