As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated Finance Executive who can help us streamline and maintain our financial operations and compliance in alignment with statutory and corporate governance requirements.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Finance Executive to manage the company’s financial activities and compliance requirements. This role requires hands-on accounting expertise, strong understanding of GST and payroll processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our CA/ROC teams.

Key Responsibilities:





- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and reconcile company accounts on a regular basis.
- Manage GST filing, returns, and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS, ROC, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure adherence to all financial compliance norms.
- Process employee payroll including salary structure, PF/ESI deductions, and compliance with labour laws.
- Maintain payroll records and coordinate reimbursements/advantages.
- Generate and manage sales invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Track vendor payments, receivables, and payables.
- Work closely with the CA/ROC team for audits, filings, and corporate compliance.
- Implement best financial practices and process improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA Inter preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, GST filing, payroll, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting tools.
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, payroll laws, and ROC filings.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills,



and ability to work independently.
- Availability to dedicate ~2 hours/day consistently.
