Senior Financial Analyst (Kozhikode)

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a robust analytical mindset, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost optimization measures.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards,



and presentations for senior leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis and track key financial and operational metrics.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
