Job Description:

- Overall responsibility for end-to-end plant operations – production, maintenance, EHS, quality, and cost control.
- Lead a team across departments to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, especially related to water treatment norms.
- Manage client audits, internal reporting, and coordinate with HO and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting, inventory, manpower planning, and vendor coordination.
- Robust focus on safety,



sustainability, and timely project execution.
