Job Title: Global SAP Test Manager with SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite)

Test Management:

Operational services:

Managing Test Management activities for any test phases required within a project/upgrade/update or fix release.

This includes:

- Stakeholder communication and coordination
- Providing guidance and direction on test activities to project management
- Ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool for test preparation, execution and defect management
- Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios




- Management of testers (to enable them to create/deliver test cases in the designated tool)
- Tracking of test progress for test preparation and execution
- Use the designated Test Management tool for the creation of Test plan/packages and assignment of test cases
- Defect Handling
- Continuous Improvement

Test Management Support to other test managers

- Test Plan/Package Creation
- Test Case assignment (Business Partner groups for Testers and Resolvers)
- SharePoint Updates (web pages, folders, documentation)
- Reporting for test and defect status (Power BI)
- Hand over defects to the incident management tool
- Monitor request via test management portal
- Monitor/Manage shared email inbox

Strategic Testing Concept (State of the Art in Testing Solutions):

- SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud ALM, Test Automation, Rise with SAP, Change Impact analysis, Major Project strategy, SAP BTP, Reporting & Analytics, AI in Testing, Signavio integration.

Deliverables:

- ·Test Strategy
- ·Enablement package for each test phase
- ·Regional Knowledge Transfer session

- ·Test and test defect reporting
- ·Test tool training for stakeholders (Test Designers/Testers and Resolvers)
