Job Description:

- Hands-on experience in Minimum 8 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Over 6 years of specialized experience in SAP HANA and SAP ASE (Sybase) database platforms
- Hands-on experience in database installation, upgrade, planning, setup, and implementation
- Robust troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis
- Experience managing both scale-up and scale-out HANA/ASE systems
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies, system copies, high availability, disaster recovery, and replication




- Proficient in performance troubleshooting and optimization
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge of other DB technologies (MSSQL, DB2, Oracle)
- Ability to work in an international team environment
- Willing to take on on-call duties and weekend tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Capable of working independently and owning tasks
- Experience in planning, implementing, and managing database systems
