Work Location- Lower Parel, Mumbai. (Onsite)
? Objectives of this role:
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talented professionals.
- Ensure staffing needs are aligned with long-term growth strategies.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
- Create smooth, end-to-end hiring processes that provide candidates with a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to set explicit expectations and streamline recruitment.
?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
- Screen CVs, portfolios, and references to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records, interview notes, and reports to share with stakeholders.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to document processes and stay updated with industry trends.
