Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to oversee on-site project execution, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery of our modular interiors. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in interiors, construction, or modular furniture projects.





Key Responsibilities

- Project Supervision:
- Oversee end-to-end site execution for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey interiors
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Supervise installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractors
- Site Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between design, production, and client teams
- Conduct daily site briefings and progress reviews
- Coordinate material delivery, inventory, and site readiness
- Quality & Compliance:
- Enforce strict quality checks as per company SOPs and BOQ
- Maintain site documentation, checklists, and daily progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Client Interaction:
- Provide regular project updates to clients
- Address on-site queries, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction
- Conduct site handovers and manage snag lists
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily site logs, photo documentation, and material usage records
- Report progress, delays, and site issues to management using digital tools (Google Sheets,



WhatsApp, etc.)

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to Follow
- Pre-Execution:

- Review approved designs, BOQ, and installation drawings
- Conduct site measurement verification and readiness checks
- Coordinate material inwarding and storage as per SOP

- Execution:

- Supervise installation as per company standards
- Use checklists for each milestone (carcass fitting, hardware, finishing, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets R-Angle’s quality benchmarks

- Post-Execution:

- Perform snagging and ensure rectification before client handover
- Collect client feedback and ensure documentation for warranty/service

- Safety & Compliance:

- Enforce use of PPE and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain site cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Interior Engineering or related field




- Minimum 2 years’ site supervision experience (preferably in interiors/modular projects)
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with modular furniture installation, materials, and hardware
- Proficiency in site documentation and digital reporting tools
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Odisha
