Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Privacy professional to lead and strengthen our data protection and compliance framework. The role requires robust expertise in privacy regulations, compliance, and advisory for large-scale engagements across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Data Privacy programs ensuring compliance with global and local regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, HIPAA, etc.).
- Oversee implementation of privacy frameworks, policies, and risk assessments.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage privacy risks.
- Support client engagements by advising on data handling, cross-border transfers,



and third-party risk.
- Work closely with Legal, IT, Security, and Risk teams for end-to-end compliance.
- Drive privacy awareness, training, and governance programs.
- Lead audits and readiness assessments for data privacy certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Data Privacy and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with privacy tools and GRC platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
- Certifications: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, ISO 27701, DCPP (any combination preferred).
