The Role:

As CTO, you will be the custodian of REC’s digital spine—designing and implementing systems that make our campus smarter, more efficient, and future-ready. This role goes beyond IT management: we want a leader who can reimagine the teaching-learning process, optimize infrastructure and people’s time, and infuse innovation across every touchpoint of campus life.





What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage REC’s digital ecosystem, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and cutting-edge.

• Lead the adoption of next-gen technologies to transform classrooms, labs, and learning experiences.

• Drive efficiency in infrastructure and resource utilization through smart systems.

• Bring a “futuristic campus” mindset—anticipating what education and technology will look like 5–10 years from now.

Who You Are:

• A technologist with deep experience in cutting-edge software, cloud, AI/ML, IoT, and EdTech solutions.

• A creative problem-solver who can think out of the box and lead innovation.

• Someone excited to work at the intersection of education and technology, creating impact at scale.

• Proven experience in senior technology leadership (education sector experience a plus, but not mandatory).
