Finance Executive - Fitness - Tech Startup Company - Bangalore
Job Summary:
A leading Fitness - Tech startup is looking to hire experienced post graduate / SQ CA for the role of Finance Executive with 3+ years of experience in managing day-to-day accounts, compliance, MIS and finance operations. They will be responsible to ensure accurate accounting, tax compliances, MIS reports, maintaining the finance data and coordinating for smooth audits.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Designation: Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain for accurate books of accounts - AP, AR, journal entries
- Handling the invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, customer collection and aging analysis
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and tax compliance with internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors by providing required documents during audits.
- Handle tax compliance including TDS, GST reconciliations and fillings.
- Handle employee payroll related compliances.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions for statutory compliance.
- Work closely with founders to prepare MIS reports and analytical reports to aid business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial process and ensure efficiency.
- Monthly book closure.
- Liasioning with auditors and external consultants for annual audit of periodic audits and due diligence
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or audit.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and tax compliance.
- Ability to work individually in a startup environment
- Solid understanding of basic business or finance metrics (gross margins, profit margins, unit economics )
- Hands on experience in ERP systems / tools (with Align books, Zoho books, Tally )
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in commerce, accounting or Finance. ( SQ CA is preferable )
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit.
Working days: Monday to Saturday
