Job Title: Senior ServiceNow QA/Tester (Workday HR Integration)

Location: Remote (India)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow QA/Tester with strong Workday HR integration experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in testing workflows, APIs, and end-to-end HR processes across ServiceNow and Workday, ensuring seamless employee experiences and system stability.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT.
- Perform end-to-end testing for employee lifecycle processes that span multiple systems, including Workday and ServiceNow.
- Test data exchanges between ServiceNow and Workday using REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging ServiceNow’s Integration Hub.
- Validate workflow automation for HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding,



and employee lifecycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
- Conduct performance testing of integrated systems under various load conditions.
- Perform regression testing after every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and results.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

- Qualifications:

- Extensive ServiceNow testing experience.
- Solid understanding of Workday HR modules and integrations.
- Specific experience in colleague/employee-facing HR systems,



focusing on self-service and employee journey optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP).
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
