About Luxora:

Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced BPO executives with a transparent American accent to join our patient experience calling team. Your role will involve first-touch calls, ongoing follow-ups, and empathetic support for patients from the US and Canada looking to travel for medical care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound and attend inbound calls from international patients
* Understand patient needs and share information about doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps
* Manage follow-ups,
update CRM systems, and coordinate with case managers
* Ensure a warm, trustworthy, and helpful interaction every single time
* Work closely with internal teams to align on timelines, documents, and treatment journeys
Requirements:
* 1 to 3 years of BPO or customer service experience with international calling
* Strong fluency in English with a natural American accent
* Empathetic communication and ability to handle sensitive medical conversations
* Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or calling tools
* Comfortable with flexible shifts and target-based calling
