We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused to drive B2B sales at our factory-operated outlet store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers such as end users, OEMs, and contractors to promote and sell our products. This role is vital in enhancing brand visibility, building long-term relationships, and technically supporting customers in selecting the right solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
