About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT services to lead and deliver technology projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design,



and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain robust client communication and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities including preparing project cost estimations, effort analysis, and proposals.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to create development plans, timelines, and resourcing for proposals and RFPs.
- Assist in solutioning discussions with clients and provide project feasibility insights.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).




- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in pre-sales activities such as cost estimation, proposal preparation, and client solutioning will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)

- Cloud Technologies

- Web & Mobile Application Development

- Product Engineering
