Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Customer Care Executive. The role is located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Customer Care Executive,



you will interact with customers to provide service information, manage customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with the sales team for cross-functional support and contribute to improving service procedures and standards.

Qualifications

- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales support and coordination
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
