Customer Success Manager (Sales) - Software Solutions
Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Sales) to drive enterprise software solution sales in India. The role will focus initially on Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.) while offering the opportunity to expand into additional technologies and services as our portfolio grows. You will own revenue targets, drive the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. The role combines new customer acquisition with account growth and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle:
prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
- Manage enterprise accounts to ensure renewals and identify opportunities for expansion across Atlassian and other solutions.
- Collaborate with partners, pre-sales, and delivery teams to win and grow deals.
- Track market trends and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 8-12 years of software/SaaS/IT solutions sales experience in India.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of procurement and RFx processes.
- Experience with BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, or Public Sector customers.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products is preferred; exposure to other SaaS or collaboration/DevOps tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
