Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Banking Relationship Manager with experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) to manage and grow the banks retail lending portfolio. The role involves client acquisition, loan processing, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and expand a portfolio of HL and LAP clients.
Identify and acquire recent clients through referrals, leads,



and walk-ins.
Guide clients through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
Liaise with credit and risk teams for loan assessment and sanctioning.
Ensure timely disbursal of loans and follow-up on repayments.
Maintain solid relationships with clients to promote additional banking products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for HL and LAP products.
Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client interactions.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of Home Loan and Loan Against Property products and processes.
Solid client relationship and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess creditworthiness and documentation compliance.
Target-oriented with robust negotiation and closing skills.
Positive understanding of banking regulations, policies, and documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and banking CRM tools.

Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.




1–4 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in HL & LAP.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
