We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to design, develop, and improve mechanical systems and products. This role involves creating 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes while ensuring manufacturability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate combines robust engineering knowledge with creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs.
Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings.
Develop mechanical components and systems from concept to production.
Apply design-for-manufacturing (DFM)



and design-for-assembly (DFA) principles.
Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and thermal analysis.
Utilize FEA/CFD tools to validate design performance.
Support prototyping, testing, and product validation.
Work closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate designs.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and fabrication processes.
Provide engineering support during production and troubleshooting.
Prepare bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and other applicable standards.
Maintain accurate records of revisions and design history.
Research and apply current materials, technologies, and processes.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and product innovation.
