About the Role

Basal Analytics is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with robust hands-on expertise in Model-driven Apps. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for delivering enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing business processes through automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy Power Apps solutions with a primary focus on Model-driven applications.




Configure and manage Dataverse including schema design, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
Implement and integrate AI Builder components into production-grade applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and enhance usability of applications.
Stay updated on new features in the Power Platform ecosystem and recommend adoption of best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
Strong expertise in Power Apps (Model-driven applications).
Practical experience with Dataverse (data modeling, schema, and security).
Good knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and integrations.
Exposure to AI Builder with at least 1 implemented use case.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.





Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Copilot and AI-driven automation within Power Platform.
Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for customizations and integrations.
Microsoft Certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
