Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls related to our nutrition and supplement products, provide excellent customer support, and achieve sales/conversion targets. This role requires fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi (speak, read, and write).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Promote and explain nutrition and supplement products effectively.
- Address customer queries with accurate and timely solutions.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in voice process / customer service role (freshers with excellent communication can also apply).
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory – read, write, and speak).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Energetic, customer-driven, and target-oriented personality.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (No Night Shifts)
