We are building a high-performance digital marketing division and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is execution-driven, data-oriented, and hungry to deliver measurable ROI.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Execute end-to-end campaigns across SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Content.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize for lead generation & conversions.
- Support the Digital Marketing Head in strategy while leading day-to-day execution.
- Mentor interns/juniors and coordinate with freelancers/design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution
- Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns – from keyword research to reporting.
- Manage SEO activities: technical audits, on-page optimization, link building.
- Plan and schedule content/social campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS.
- Use GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio for dashboards & reporting.
- Provide weekly performance updates with actionable insights.
- Creative & Content Collaboration
- Work with design/content team for ad creatives, landing pages, and blog assets.
- Ensure all campaigns follow Nextwebi’s brand and quality standards.
- Team & Client Coordination
- Guide interns/juniors in execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and present results in structured formats.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads + SEO (must have run campaigns of at least ₹5–10L/month).
- Good understanding of social media campaigns and content-driven growth.
- Familiarity with tools: SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot/CRM.
- Analytical mindset – can turn campaign data into clear business insights.
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
- Industry exposure across multiple verticals (B2B + B2C preferred).
