Responsibilities
- Experience in Payment Posting and Charge Entry as a US Healthcare RCM Process.
- Complete payment entry in a timely and an accurate manner within the specified SLA Timelines
- Manage communication with appropriate stakeholders including AR managers, Customers, and Client representatives.
- Build Expertise to identify payments not being paid accurately and communicate to relevant stakeholders to improve client financial outcomes.
- Review and manage the consolidation of financial statements with deposits from clients.
- Maintains Skilled Knowledge regarding Practice specific procedures, Insurance Carriers in the US Healthcare environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability in both written & verbal communication.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite experience (Word & Excel).
- Should have an eye for detail and be passionate about learning.
