Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.



The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads (operations, accounts, customer service, sales, etc.).
- Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring positions (operations executives, documentation staff, logistics coordinators, etc.).
- Support new employee onboarding and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.




- Collaborate with HR team on other activities such as employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR, or equivalent).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the logistics/freight/supply chain domain.
- Experience into Start-ups will be an additional advantage
- Strong understanding of sourcing methods and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software/ATS is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay:



₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
