Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage the operations of our Karnal branch. The candidate will be responsible for branch growth, team leadership, sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage overall branch operations.




- Lead, guide, and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue.
- Monitor daily activities, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle branch administration, compliance, and reporting to senior management.
- Build and maintain solid business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees.

Requirements:

- Graduation/Post-Graduation (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management/operations/sales leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
