We are looking for a seasoned HR and Administrative professional with extensive expertise in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of diverse sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on leveraging LinkedIn as a primary recruitment tool.

What will you do:
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screening candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
• Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboarding current employees to become fully integrated.
• Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
• Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Manage office administration, including procurement and maintenance of office supplies.
• Handle vendor management and ensure timely execution of services.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and support initiatives to improve workplace morale.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
•Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in both end-to-end recruitment and administrative functions.
•Good communication Skills
•Good understanding of souring skills.
•Effective convincing/negotiation skills.
•Able to work as part of a team, managing a large and varied workload.

Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
•Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role,
with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
•Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [specific industry] and its market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
•Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and create win-win outcomes for the business and clients.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
•CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress.
•Self-Starter: Ability to work independently,
manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
