Urgent opening For Quality Assurance with Navneet Education Ltd (Mumbai Suburban)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Conduct in-process, pre-dispatch, and final inspections as per defined quality standards and protocols.
- Ensure 100% compliance with export customer specifications and inspection checklists.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCR documentation, and quality records.
- Support third-party inspections and represent the plant during customer quality visits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Stores, and Warehouse for quality assurance.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in process improvement initiatives.




- Drive quality system compliance in line with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Required candidate eligibility:

- Minimum 5 years of on-floor quality experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive or FMCG sector.
- Candidates with ASQ Certification (Certified Quality Auditor / Engineer) will be preferred.
- Understanding of material & product Manufacturing process
- Product understanding
- Hands-on experience in conducting visual and functional inspections
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel and power point)
