Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer IT Product Sales Representative to join our team in Indore. In this role,
you will support our customers by providing phone and chat assistance for our 3g Software Product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow professionally in the IT sales and customer support domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient phone and chat support to customers using our 3g software products.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Learn and become proficient in the 3g software product suite through provided training. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience: 0–1 years in customer support or sales. Education:

Prior experience in customer support is an added advantage but not mandatory.
