Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and aligning our social media strategy with our overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a track record of growing and nurturing online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Develop, curate, and manage original, high-quality content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn,



and others.

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts, videos, and other multimedia content.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.

Community Engagement:

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community experience.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, feedback, and opportunities for interaction.

Social Media Strategy:

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

Identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends and platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the social media strategy.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.





Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the company’s social media presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.

Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.





Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Experience : 1 + years Compulsory

Salary : 15k to 20k Per Month
