Job Title: Asst. Manager(Sales)– Epoxy Cast Components

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years & above (in Epoxy Cast Components / Electrical Insulation Materials / Manufacturing Industry)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the epoxy cast components manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in B2B industrial sales, customer relationship management, and market development, with a solid understanding of epoxy cast products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:





- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in domestic and international markets.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers in electrical, transformer, switchgear, and related industries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding epoxy cast components, product specifications, and applications.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, and dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of epoxy cast components, electrical insulation materials,



or related products.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain product benefits to customers.
- Self-motivated with robust business development and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, exhibitions, and market visits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Science, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in epoxy cast components or allied industries.
