Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and inbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from various sources, conduct follow-ups, and book appointments for the sales team.
- Sales & Persuasion: Promote products and services, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
- Customer Service: Provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, update the CRM system, and maintain customer databases.
- Reporting:
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of the local language.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and empathize with customers.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Sales Acumen: Good negotiation skills and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Organizational Skills: Good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
