About the Job





Skyblue – Your Creative Space – is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at our Experience Store in Ahmedabad. This role involves driving sales, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and managing a motivated team to deliver Skyblue’s signature creative retail experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead overall store operations with focus on customer engagement and sales growth
- Inspire, guide, and manage the store team to deliver excellence
- Ensure high standards of merchandising, ambience, and inventory management
- Track performance, reporting, and compliance with company policies
- Build robust customer relationships for repeat engagement and loyalty

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Retail/Management/Design
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or customer-facing operations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams




- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
