Role: Key Account Executive (CNC / E-B2B)
Location: Mumbai (HO)
Purpose of the Role:
This role is a critical business development position in the CNC/E-B2B channel, responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in driving growth, ensuring wider distribution through alternate channels, and building business in non-core packs. It’s a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day business operations with focus on financial hygiene.
- Drive stock planning, listings, TOT compliance, and timely payments.
- Collaborate with GT colleagues to identify regional opportunities and trends.
- Execute merchandising, visibility activations, and ensure assortment gaps are addressed.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBA with 4–5 years of Sales experience (General Trade / Up-to-date Trade).
- Strong influencing, negotiation & communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage ambiguity, and thrive under pressure.
- High consumer & customer centricity, proactive planning, and problem-solving mindset.
