Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa processes for European Countries.
- Counsel students regarding course options, universities, admission processes, and visa documentation.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing all visa documents,
including financials, SOPs, and application forms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication.
- Follow up with students to ensure timely application submissions and visa interviews.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and consulates as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for each student case.
- Work collaboratively with the admissions and marketing teams.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Must be from education/counseling background).
- Having a knowledge of Europe education can be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of student visa regulations and immigration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
