Job Summary
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of strategic programs that align with our company's goals. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing, and leadership, to define program scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that all program objectives are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interconnected projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define program goals, objectives, and roadmaps.
- Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of program objectives.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the [Your Industry].
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs from end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership,

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience with program management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
